Kathy Morse is a voice actress who mostly does anime and video games. She voiced Puar in BLT dub of Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball: Curse of the Blood Rubies, as well as Grandma Paozu in Dragon Ball.
Some of her other roles include Hanae Ichinose in Maison Ikkoku, Sachi in Human Crossing, and Leav and Attli in Ys: The Ark of Napishtim.
